COD is currently available only in

business days depending on your city and the courier service.
Which courier companies do you use?
We partner with trusted Pakistani courier
services such as TCS, PostEX, and BlueEX for reliable delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, we will
provide a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.
Do you offer international shipping from Pakistan?
Currently, we are only delivering in
Pakistan, Canada & Kenya.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified
within one hour of placement by contacting customer support.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can only exchange unused products
with original tags within 5 working days of delivery. The product must be in
original condition.

Who pays for return shipping in Pakistan?
If the return is due to an error
(damaged or incorrect item) the customer will be responsible for the shipping
back to wearAKU.
How long does it take to process refunds?
Refunds
are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the
returned product.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please report immediately with
photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How do I choose the correct size?

Yes, we guarantee 100% authentic and
genuine products. Original Color may vary a little due to lighting during
product shoot.
